Your clients ask you first. Now you have an answer.
Physicians, executive coaches, trainers, and wealth advisors: your clients bring you their energy, their sleep, and their stress long before they bring it anywhere else, because you are the one they trust. This page is how we work together when you decide one of them should meet me.
I read the science for a living. I read it for them.
I'm Jennifer Little-Fleck, a biologist and medical researcher with three decades in health care, mentored by cognitive neuroscientists. I read a client's genomics, roughly 1,000 functional genes including core pharmacogenomics, and explain in plain English how their body works: energy, sleep, stress chemistry, food response, hormones, and how they metabolize medication.
Decoding is where testing companies stop. It is where I start.
Plenty of companies will sell your client a report. Nobody sits with them. Every program here includes private time with me, personally: I read their results with them until they genuinely understand what they are looking at. The test is never the product. Their understanding is.
Your client is never handed a PDF and left alone with it.
Simple for them. Better for you.
No forms to manage, no portal to log into, nothing to administer. You make an introduction; I do the rest.
The introduction
You mention me, or send a warm introduction. That is the whole job.
The test
An at-home saliva collection kit arrives at their door and returns by prepaid mail. Roughly 1,000 genes, one sample, never repeated.
The reading
Results land in their private portal, I write their personal summary, and I walk them through it in private session, in plain English.
The physician document
They leave with a written summary for their physician: the findings that actually matter, anything worth investigating, and how they metabolize medication, with a wallet card for the pharmacogenomics. Diagnosis stays with their physician; explanation is my job.
Back to you
They return to your care, your coaching, or your planning better informed and easier to help. Their results stay theirs; what they share with you is their choice.
The lines this work never crosses.
Your name travels with your referrals. These boundaries protect it.
- Educational, not medical. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or replaces care, and every report says so plainly.
- Not clinical genetic testing. Anyone with a significant personal or family history of an inherited condition is pointed to a genetics professional first, before any panel is sold.
- Pharmacogenomics stays educational. Results are information for their prescriber's next decision; never dosing guidance, never a reason to change or stop a medication on their own.
- Supplements are optional and downstream. Never a condition of any program, never the headline, never a surprise upsell attached to your name.
- For licensed clinicians, referrals are professional courtesy. No paid referral arrangements, consistent with the ethics rules you practice under.
Built to sit beside what you do.
Not a replacement for your work with them. The layer underneath it.
Concierge & Direct Primary Care
Your patients pay for time, attention, and prevention. I do the long reading a visit cannot hold, and your patient returns with a clear written document, so your next appointment gets more efficient, not more complicated.
Executive & Leadership Coaches
Your clients perform for a living, and stress chemistry, sleep, and focus are already your terrain. This gives those conversations a mechanism, and you are the one who brought it to the table.
Trainers & Private Studios
You already tailor everything to the body in front of you. Their results add the layer you cannot see: how they respond to fats and carbohydrates, how their recovery runs, which efforts their wiring rewards. Clients stop guessing and stay longer.
Wealth & Estate Advisors
You look after families, not just portfolios. Your clients have handled the financial side of what they will leave behind and have never been offered anything for the biological side. Families test together, and it tends to be the most talked-about introduction of the year.
You stay the one who found it.
Recommending something this new, this rigorous, and this personal reflects on you. Your client gets an experience almost nobody has been offered, from a biologist who treats them the way you do: personally. And every conversation it starts leads back to the person who saw it first.
Talk About Client Introductions →Professional questions.
Is this medical care?
Do you pay referral fees?
Will my client's results come back to me?
What does it cost my client?
Fifteen minutes is all this takes.
Bring your questions and your skepticism. I would rather you judge this firsthand than take my word for anything.
