I'm Jennifer Little-Fleck — biologist, medical researcher, and the person who reads your DNA and tells you what it actually means.
After three decades in medical research, writing, and teaching communication skills, I built The Genomics Company to teach people all the things I thought everyone should know. This is for the people who've done everything "right" and still feel stuck — so they can finally get answers built around their biology, not a population average.
Most of the people who find me are successful, capable, and quietly exhausted. They've done the protocols, the diets, the supplements a podcast swore by — and they still don't feel like themselves. By the time we talk, they're frustrated and a little defeated, half-convinced something must be wrong with them.
Here's what I tell them, and what I believe with everything I've learned: you're not sick. You're stuck. You've been handed advice built for a population average instead of a plan built for your actual biology.
I know that feeling firsthand. I spent three decades as a researcher and medical writer, and I still didn't fully understand my own body. Not until genomics. The day I finally read my own code, the things that never made sense suddenly did.
That's the moment I want for you.
Most of the people I work with aren't sick. They're stuck. Genomics is how we get them moving again.
Genomics isn't a side interest I picked up — it's where three decades of my career lead. My whole working life has been about translating dense, technical science into language real people can use. With your DNA, that's exactly the job: take billions of data points and turn them into a few clear decisions that fit your life.
I don't believe in one-size-fits-all wellness, and I don't believe in handing you a 60-page report and wishing you luck. Your genomic code never changes — so once you understand it, you have a map you can use for the rest of your life.
These days, that work isn't only mine — I've trained a team of practitioners to do it to the same standard, so the person reading your results might be me or one of them. Either way, we read that map with you in plain English and help you decide what to actually do with it, at whatever depth you want. Some people want an answer to one nagging question; others want to learn to read their own genome, gene by gene. You stay in control, and the strategy is always built around you.
A way forward that's finally built around you.
If you're tired of guessing and ready to understand how you're actually built, I'd love to talk. See the programs, book a consultation, or start with the quiz and see your patterns for yourself.
