I'm Jennifer Little-Fleck, a biologist. I read your genome with you, then I explain how your lifestyle and your environment act on it.

Why I remember things differently than other people do. Why I say things the way I say them. Why my body behaved differently, and what that difference was made of.
Writing clinical studies, I was drawn to the outliers every time. The average tells you what a population does. The outlier tells you how a person works.
Most people are genuinely surprised by how much of themselves is a genetic tendency. Here's why that's great: when you have a question, there is at least part of an answer.
The rest is usually environment. That is the part you can do something about.

Lifestyle and environment: the part you can do something about.
I don't just explain genetics. Your genes set the tendencies; your lifestyle and your environment decide which of them you ever feel. I read all three with you, because that is what a biologist does.
How much your nervous system registers, and how fast your stress chemistry clears: two settings, four baseline patterns. The same chemistry that decides whether you replay a conversation at 3 a.m. also shapes how you sleep, recover, and respond to medication. It is the first thing I read, because everything else sits on top of it.

Genomics is the plans. Everything else is read against them, in this order.
01
Genes first
Your baseline tendencies. The plans.
02
How you feel now
And how you want to feel. The gap between the two is the assignment.
03
Where you are in real time
Your labs, read against the plans.
04
Close the gaps
With lifestyle and environment. That is where the work happens.
We are not a supplement company wrapped around a genomic test. We are a biologist reading the plans with you.

"It's not jumping on the peptide trend or the testosterone trend. It's knowing what you need. Because we're all getting marketed."

The same breakfast, two different bodies. That is where the explaining starts.
I write your Personal Overview myself, sit with you for a private session, and then teach one body system a week until you can read your own results without me. Your physician gets a document and a wallet card, so they get data instead of guesswork.
Diagnosis is your physician's; explanation is often mine.
