Refund Policy
Because our Services include personalized report generation, educational content, and consultation time, all sales are final once:

• Your DNA kit has been activated, or

• Your consultation has been scheduled, or

• Your report has begun processing.

Unopened DNA kits may be refundable at our discretion minus shipping/restocking.

Payment Plans
If a payment plan is offered, you agree to pay all installments on time. Missed payments may result in revoked access to Services.

When you submit a DNA sample:
